BNP Paribas interview questions

I was called by an interviewer 3 months after applying for the role. He asked me if he could make some questions related to my application and all seemed fair and easy. In the end of the phone call he said I would be getting feedback soon. Not one minute had passed and I received an email saying I wasn’t going to move forward on the recruitment process. What kind of ethic is this???

Plusieurs rounds d'entretiens avec des questions techniques et des questions de fit, en fonction des équipes il s'agit de 2-3 rounds voir plus mais ce n'est pas si difficile si l'entretien est bien préparé.
