I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Mumbai) in Feb 2019
Interview
The process was very well managed.
The first round was a telephonic technical round. The interviewer was technically sound and covered questions from Java 8 ,SpringBoot, Collections, Hibernate. The next was ,they called me on a weekday at their mumai office.F2F technical ,with 2 people, who were very knowledgeable and asked questions related to Java and UI.The next thing was Managerial round, here the person said they are looking for someone who is is more into UI and asked me if I can work whole time as a UI resource.I said I was more of a backed guy and can take UI work if comes up but can't be a full time UI developer.Waiting for their response .
Overall the process was good, but they should have mentioned the requirement earlier,so I shouldn't have travelled from Pune just for this.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
First round is numerical and personality tests, second is pre AC where you have a 5-minute prep to present on a topic and complete mental arithmetic and currency tests. The third stage is a trading game which was very interesting and the final round is with a managing director who asked a brainteaser. No technical questions in my experience, however, I believe some others did.
