I applied online and was selected for a phone interview. Then 3 back to back interviews with managers at their NYC offices. Mostly behavioral and current market trends question. Be ready to talk about an article you recently read about markets. Keep up with global market trends.

Interview
Had to do superday from Skype because was studying abroad. 3 interviews each lasting 45 minutes. Asked very few technical questions, mostly fit, and mostly about the markets. Had previously attended a Women's Leadership Conference hosted by BNP which helped with networking.
