Interview
It was a 2 stage interview, 1 with head of the intern project and a director, one associate. the other was also a director and an MD. It was a combination of talking about aspirations to enter banking and why your skills were compatible with what you were looking for in a career at the company. It was a genuinely two sided conversation as the role was quite unusual in terms of internships.

Le processus de HR a commencé par un entretient téléphonique avec la HR, puis une convocation par la HR. Bcp de gens attendaient. Cela semblait un processus industriel bien rodé. Ils testent la partie soft skills. Est on capable de progresser dans l'entreprise, s'adapter à des situations difficiles, le travail en équipe. Ils attendent des réponses avec des exemples concrets.
Ensuite des entretiens avec des opérationnels plus détendus en fait sur leur métier et si cela nous plait. qq questions de math ou d'informatique. Il faut arriver un mininum de recherche sur le métier de la personne pour montrer qu'on a les bases

The Process took 2 days aptitude is bit difficult .Technical is also difficult. You must have to fresh up before going technical interview Cleary. Then managerial round here they check for your attitude and cross check your answers and try to confuse you be confident with what you say
