When the day arrived, the interviewer was very approachable and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout the conversation, which helped me feel at ease. We discussed various topics in a smooth and engaging manner, and the entire interview flowed well without any awkward pauses. Overall, the interview lasted for about 45 minutes, during which I felt confident that everything went smoothly.

If You're not able to proceed with approval team for CTC expectations . please don't move ahead with interview process. The process is long and after clearing all round you asking to join at low CTC.
