I was approached by the Talent team to have discussions regarding a Director level position. After several months of discussions and being considered one of two final candidates I never as much as received an email or call back after the final interview. Still have no idea if the position has been filled or not and it has been several months now. Very poorly managed.

I was first screened over the phone by a talent intern, then I scheduled a remote interview with the CI team, and later, a site visit to the plant in Sturtevant where they discussed the role and its responsibilities.

Initial Screening with TA rep. to verify qualifications
2nd was with Director. Explained the vision and tasks that are coming ahead. After listening to everything position will require someone with a lot of internal drive and willingness to think on their own two feet with little or no supervision.
