Once offer accepted a physical test is required
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at BRP (Sturtevant, WI) in Mar 2015
Interview
I met with one rather laid back program manager. He explained what I would be doing, who I would be working with, and how the day normally goes. He then asked me a few questions about my resume, and then he asked more general questions about how I work with people.

Question 1
What will you do if you're in a situation where you have two things due, and only enough to properly complete one assignment?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BRP (Valcourt, QC) in Mar 2012
Interview
Typical multi-day interview with multiple people including a VP. Also did an evaluation of skill sets and where improvement was needed. This was in Montreal. Lots of standard questions, a bit of a language barrier at times, but not bad. Would help to be fluent in French.
