I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BRP (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
The recruiter was most unprofessional; the interview was last minute and the recruiter could not even give correct directions for finding their new office; The panel interview managers kept coming and going in the interview which was very distracting. This is a Canadian company with no Texas roots, I'd prescribe them getting some Texas manners
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They specifically asked questions about working in the recreational vehicle industry
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BRP (Valcourt, QC)
Interview
Interview was very informal, a bunch of people coming in and out of director office. A lot of talking about everything. I think overall, you need to show some passion and character (because you will need both to survive there as an engineer). The hiring process is painfully slow when positive it takes weeks (8 in my case) to get an answer.
