The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Mailand) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied in the Milan office. The process took very short. Overall very good experience and professional interviewers. If you get stuck on case studies they'll help you along the way.
The interview was structured with 1 principal, 1 manager, 1 partner...approximately 45min each.
First 10min are career related questions about motivation and CV (why Bain? why consulting? what was your career progression?), the remaining minutes are dedicated on business cases.

You want to advise your mother on whether buying a house for 300k$ or rent one at 800$/month. She has 300k$ in her bank account. What would you tell her?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2015

Question 1
Why is an apartment company experiencing declining profitability and what would be an appropriate course of action.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Durham, NC) in Sep 2015
Interview
2 back to back case interviews. The first one is a market sizing case. Second one is a market entry case. Every case is about 30 minutes. One is interviewer driven case and one is self driven case. The interviewer talked with me about my previous project experience and then started the case interview. After first interview finished, I was taken to another room immediately.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The market sizing case is relatively quantitive because you have to estimate many factors and make many assumptions. The interviewer may challenge you. The Market Entry case is a little easier because you have more information. Also some behavioral questions such as why consulting, why this office and previous internship experiences.
