After submitting my application directly through the BairesDev website, I was contacted via WhatsApp to learn more about me, my experiences, and my availability for an interview. This initial communication was conducted in my native language, Portuguese. It was suggested that the interview be conducted in English, and I agreed with the suggestion. Subsequently, an interview was scheduled with me via Zoom; I received the invitation through Google Calendar and confirmed it. A few minutes before the interview, I received another confirmation call. The interviewer was very punctual and came across as friendly and polite. I felt that the interview was well-conducted, and I was comfortable answering all the questions.
