BairesDev UX-UI Designer interview questions

The process is very quick in the initial stages, but the matching process with a company takes a long time, and the duration of the final stages is unclear. I was contacted by several HR professionals requesting similar information, as they were involved in processes with different companies.

Started with a brief introduction of BairesDev as a company, followed by some questions about my career and skills. We spoke about the hiring process with slides to follow the explanation, along with discussions on salary expectations and the type of companies I was more inclined to work with. I was also able to speak about a project that I liked and that was challenging. They would follow up with me as soon as an oportunity that matches my skill was available.
