I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BairesDev (Ciudad de Mexico) in Nov 2022
Interview
After completing lengthy tests (~2 hours), I was contacted for a 30-min call with a recruiter. The recruiter was very professional and candid. She was looking to see if I was a good fit for one of their three UX/UI Design Roles. The interview had two parts. The first part involved a structured discussion of my experience and knowledge of UX/UI principles and concepts. See below for the questions asked. The interview's second part involved four problem-solving and four situational questions. The problem-solving questions were logic and math-based, incredibly similar to the tests they ask you to complete before the interview. Equally, the situational questions were to assess "cultural fit". The interview was video recorded for a team to assess it.
