Interview
Was recruited by one of the founders, that is apparently the CMO as well (that information was never provided, but I found it online). Set a meeting through a talent acquisition specialist. The meeting was supposed to include the founder, but he didn't show.
She asked a few questions related to marketing then asked 8(!) math and logic questions. Then sent over a bunch of "tests" to take before moving on to the next step. It was clear that they were using the same process that they'd use to hire a junior dev on a contract. The whole process was very strange and not worth my time.

Interview
The interview itself was fine, and Leonardo who interviewed me was very nice. The application process itself was sketchy. Asking me to do VERY specific and time consuming assignments before letting me know if i’m advancing (or showing me that BairesDev is serious about me as a candidate at all) or not is sketchy. Asking me to write a review of your interview process (before the end of the zoom call/interview, and again by email) is sketchy. It’s very clear how my application process benefitted BairesDev (data collection) - I’m transparently not sure if they were ever considering hiring me, or if this a data mining initiative that they’re doing on a large scale.

Interview
The interview started with Gabriela’s introduction, during which she explained how the process would work and asked questions about my professional profile and current role. We then moved on to technical questions related to the position and my current responsibilities. Gabriela detailed the role’s responsibilities, the hiring model, and salary expectations. After that, I completed two questionnaires, each containing four questions. Gabriela made herself available for any further questions, we thanked each other and the conversation was concluded.
