BairesDev Senior Project Manager interview questions

The first interview was a typical HR general questions and overall profile screening. After 6 months I got a 5 minute phone call to screen whether I was available, ask for income expectations, and refer me to a videoconference with a potential hiring manager. During this videoconference the hiring manager himself could not explain precisely what profile they needed, because it was a new type of role in the company, so it was comparatively unproductive.

Tive 2 formas de entrevistas: a primeira em que me candidatei à vaga e a segunda em que um analista/consultor da Bairesdev entrou em contato comigo. Ambas experiências foram ruins. Na primeira, houve um teste online com a maioria de perguntas que eram direcionadas a um gerente de contas/comercial ao invés de um gerente de projetos, o qual havia poucas perguntas específicas sobre tal. Na segunda, o analista/consultor era alguém que era muito pouco educado. Mesmo eu agradecendo o contato e a oportunidade, insistia em me manter na linha de telefone, insistindo para que eu revelasse meu salário e a pretensão salarial para um suposto cargo.
