BairesDev Senior Project Manager interview questions

Never got an interview. Their application process required 10-12 assessment tests, each taking between 20 and 30 minutes. These were not optional, and were required just to submit your application. I took them all, waited a week, heard nothing. I contacted them to find out a status and they said they hadn't looked at it yet. I followed up a month later and they replied again (via email) that they still had not reviewed my application. I never heard from them again. It's been 3 months. Having every candidate go through these hoops before being considered for a role is ludicrous. Then to not even review the application after this amount of time is even worse. I would not recommend applying with them. This was by far the worst job application experience I've had.
