BairesDev Senior Project Manager interview questions

The interview was very engaging. It was more of an introductory meeting to showcase my skills and experience. The interviewer was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. She outlined the agenda and gave me plenty of space to answer their questions. We started in Spanish, discussing my skills, and then switched to English for questions about my experience and leadership. They wrapped up by explaining the next steps and the company benefits.

One of the best interview processes I have ever gone through in my career. Very calm and well conducted by Marcos Santos, who, despite being very young, demonstrated great experience in this area.
