Firstly written questions which you have to answer in the application phase, and then online virtual video interview (hirevue sort of thing), followed by two interviews virtually face-to-face. Process spanned over a number of months
First submit an application to the website. Then they will do a resume screening, if you get past that a hirevue with a couple of standard questions are asked. If you get past the hirevue, then there is a superday consisting of 3 back to back interviews, each approx. 20-30 min long and with different employees across the US (likely in the functions you ranked as your top 3 within Risk)

I had two sets of interviews. One was a web cam interview and the other was a super day over the phone. I made genuine connections over the phone and everyone was very nice.
