Interview
First stage Hirevue, then a 30 min interview with associate from a random team. Mix of behavioral questions, including TMAY, why BofA, tell me about a time and commercial awareness like tell me about a recent deal. Also a bunch of brainteasers and mental math.

Tell me about a recent M&A deal that interested you.
The interview was with two people at the same time. There was only one round and the interview lasted an hour. No technical questions, everything was behavioral. Overall a good experience.
Application, followed by hirevue and interviews by analysts. Standard interview questions provided during the interview, such as introducing yourself, strengths and weakness, and technical questions on financial accounting. Overall pleasant interview.

Introduce yourself, accounting questions that are standard
Very easy process and recruiter were super nice. I did it through a program so I think most of us got an offer though. I would recommend to anyone out of college just make sure you use the STAR method.
