The interview itself was fine and they seemed to move fast with the speed of getting interviews done 3 in total. Overall it was a normal experience but alot of the questions were the same in each process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Boston, MA) in Jun 2024
Interview
First started with a video interview. One minute to plan, 3 minutes to respond. Then I spoke with a recruiter then 2 in person interviews with local manager and regional manager

Interview
I was excited when I saw this posting . The details of the duties and responsibilities were quite long but it was something I could do.
I applied online thru LinkedIn . I received a congratulations email the next day. I then received instructions on how to do a video interview. It was 12 questions. You were given a minute or so to read the question and then answer it in 3 minutes. The questions started fairly easy but then were broke down into 3 parts so this was challenging. It a video of me recording myself answering these questions. This was different as I had never done this before. No one was there. It was simply hitting next and recording.

Well the rest got harder. This was Nov 11 and then I got an email a week later congratulating me that I had made it to the next phase which was a call with the recruiter. So I schedule a call which went fabulous. She adored me and loved all the skills and knowledge I had.
She then said I would get a follow up call for another phone interview with the marker leader of that branch in a week. Well 2 weeks went by and I actually email the recruiter. I finally got my phone interview with the marker leader. This was a video call. This was additional questions about my role at my current job, challenges at my job, why I want to leave, why I want to work at Bank of America , The call took about 55 minutes. This individual was very tense and not friendly .I felt I could not be myself.
She then said I would ge a call in a week or so. Its 1/10/2024 and I have received neither a acceptance offer or decline offer. The salary was low for me and it did required saturday hours til 2p so perhaps this was a blessing. However, their communication was horrible. I still think this is a great company and I do believe they strive to empower their employees.. I have moved on and praying a new opportunity will come up soon for me in 2024. I hope this helped you .
