Interview
Their interview is a automated self-recorded video. Not a fan of interviewing for a job that cannot even take the time to speak to you in person or even via phone call. Did not even waste time taking the interview.
I did the hi revue video interview and proceeded to having a physical interview with the the branch manager. I was told that the recruiter would get back to me but nothing till now, it's been 5 months now. I called and dropped voice messages no response. I feel a response whether good or bad should be given to candidates. I did not expect this from Bank of America.
The in-person interview started 17 mins late and then ended early, seemed like they didn't want to hire me already. Don't waste time if you don't want to hire someone.
I have only gone through the video interview and it was pretty easy and straightforward. Got asked three questions and that’s it. The next day I received an email telling me I was moving forward.
