Its took 14day to do all Interview, Background check and I-9 clear. I have applied 14 days ago on Bank of America career website in middle June. At the end of June I got call from Recruiting Coordinator said are you still intrested in teller job. I said yes and then told met that one of Recruiter will take interview in phone tomorrow.Recruiting Coordinator offered me hourly salay, it was ok but I am Unemployed in this recession and really need a job so I didn't negotiation. She (Recruiter on phone) asked, Tell Me About Yourself? Why are you applying to work here? Have you ever dealt with a difficult customer & how did you deal? at the end Do You Have any Questions for me ? I passed phone Interview with Recruiter. Then she schedule after one week (first week of July) to me to the banking center 1:1 Interview with branch manage and assistant manager.They asked on many questions Same like Recruiter. Did you work for bank before? No.....Why Bank of America? I interview on a Wednesday and heard back from my recruiter on Friday. My recruiter extended the job offer to me which I accepted. because I have to pass a criminal background check and get fingerprinted and I-9 foam cleared. If everything comes back satisfactory, I got get a job Offer Confirmation Letter via email. Good Luck! Be prepared and ask questions if possible.

The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
