I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (New York, NY) in Feb 2026
Interview
First round is HireVue, a couple of questions, not hard.
And then it's just an hour superday, 30 mins technical, two interviewers
30 mins behavioural, two interviewers. Very staright forward process and the difficulty is not too hard compare to other roles.
The entire interview is behaviorals, asks questions about my resume. The only technical question is asking if I know what’s KYC. Final is also all behaviorals. While easy, it also makes difficult to differentiate.
