The process starts with the initial resume round, followed by a selective hirevue sent out to applicants. If chosen to move forward from the hirevue round, you will have a 30-45 minute behavioral and technical interview with 1-2 bankers at the firm.

Interview
A primeira fase foi uma entrevista técnica de 2 horas, em que os associates e VPs revezavam na sala. As perguntas foram de básicas em contabilidade a avançadas em finanças, com muitos exercício para fazer na hora
Tough process - a few round of interviews and then a superday. Multiple interviews back to back. Technical and behavioral blend. Overall need to study up as much as possible.
One round with HR
Heavy on behavioral questions like typical conflict / strength questions, teamwork, group projects
Some technical questions, medium level difficulty
Superday with four interviewers, across multiple levels
