Had my phone interview, which was the same day with the recruiter, and it was so fun and exciting. Then met the Bank Officer within two days - yes! - and they decided there was no need for further interviews considering my great performance both in the interview and test results. So they had my background check cleared in one day! (so yes, they can expedite things) And emailed me the official job offer, which included intstructions for fingerprinting and work authorization submission. My advice: Be yourself, Trust the Company's firm standing among the major players in this economy, and Assure them that you will be successful in your role, and also you will continue to grow on their career path.

Straightforward, they get to the point of how strong is your customer service kung-fu and what your sales record entails. They ask a lot of general bank questions to make sure you know your banking products. My manager also questioned me about my own interests and about myself to see if I would be a fit with the other coworkers. Great interview process overall.
