Interview
I went directly to the office and made an appointment to speak with the Financial Advising Manager to express my interest. It was very easy since he accepted the appointment immediately. We spoke for 30 minutes and was very candid about the duties and what is expected in this position. He was looking to fill two spots and offered me the position shortly after. I was intimidated initially because it was a professional office with some senior advisors. They all seemed very friendly.

I applied online and went through the normal assessments and testing to see if my personality fit. Got a phone call to come in for an in person interview. Met with the leadership and the called with an offer that same day.

I applied for the job online and completed the online test which consisted of behavioral questions ( example) what would I likely do in a situation to what I would least likely do etc. I was then contacted 2weeks after for a telephone interview after which I was eventually contacted to set up a face to face interview. The face to face interview went fairly well however it did take over a month before I finally was contacted and an offer made. I really thought I didn’t get the job but it turned out otherwise.
