Went pretty smoothly. Applied online and was given a phone interview two weeks after. This process took place during the holidays, so my superday was after news year. The superday was four interviews back to back and it was 30 min each.

The format was a video interview. I had 4 questions to answer, each with a 30-second prep time and 2-3 minutes to talk. There was a break between each question to allow time to have a sip of water or breath if need be.

The first round was entirely behavioral. I was studying abroad so the interview was conducted over Skype and it was very casual. Just know your resume and your motivation for BofA/the position, and be able to talk about current events in politics/economics.
