      Vice President Quality Interview

      Feb 17, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2010

      Interview

The hiring process at B of A was quite long. There were about 4 separate 1 hour telephone interviews before they decided to fly me to Charlotte for an all day in person interview with about 5-6 different people. All separate, some outside in the hot humid North Carolina weather! All in all it turned out OK as I got the job but they don't hire (at least not at the VP level) very quickly.
