I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bank of America (Miami, FL) in Mar 2016
Interview
Extremely long; several interviews along with Spanish competency. Interviews were both in person and over the phone. I was unofficially offered the position and all off the sudden, silence. Everyone stopped answering emails and phone calls. Never got a rejection letter either. Very unprofessional

I interviewed at Bank of America (Oklahoma City, OK)
Interview
The interview was very thoughtful and was helpful in understanding the role. Thoughtful questions about the job role and responsibilities. There were some situational questions to determine character and ability to handle pressure and difficult conversations.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bank of America
Interview
Very LONG interview cycle. First applied to position and a week later received an email that they were interested in interviewing by phone but would let me know when. Another week and I received an email invitation to connect with the HR Recruiter. I spoke with him at length and was told at the end that I would be moved on to the next phase- with the actual area manager I would work for. Two weeks went by and I received an invitation for a phone interview with the manager. After speaking with her she let me know that I would be contacted by the HR rep to arrange to speak with her boss and also a colleague that I would work with should I get the position. That process took another month. Then came face to face interviews which took another month. Then was told they'd have an answer within the next few weeks.... still waiting. Overall about 3 months.
