initial numerical competency and verbal reasoning tests, waited 2 months before getting first email to schedule a phone interview. phone interview lasted 30 min, passed that, got called up for first round face-to-face interview. interviewed by panel of 4. after which, got called for final round MD 1-v-1 interview.

In 20 seconds tell me the number of Petrol Stations/Kiosks in Singapore. Go.
The interview was with two people at the same time. There was only one round and the interview lasted an hour. No technical questions, everything was behavioral. Overall a good experience.
Application, followed by hirevue and interviews by analysts. Standard interview questions provided during the interview, such as introducing yourself, strengths and weakness, and technical questions on financial accounting. Overall pleasant interview.

Very easy process and recruiter were super nice. I did it through a program so I think most of us got an offer though. I would recommend to anyone out of college just make sure you use the STAR method.
