The whole process was easy enough. I was called for an interview to be held the next day. It was a surprise panel interview but all interviewers were nice, helpful, and gave a positive outlook on their company and work environment. The whole process took about two weeks and everything was quick and efficient and all questions I may have had were answered within a business day.

Contacted by an employment firm. Two rounds of interview. First was telephonic interview with hiring manager and then a video interview with senior manager. It's a supporting arm for US office so don't have any work load. Thus they only focus on salary. If someone will ask for rs 100 lesser than other, they will hire that guy.
