Online assessments and over the phone and in person interviews. It was very involved compared to other jobs. You have to do a personality test also. Most of the contact is made through email.
Very long process and took months to go through interview. Bank of America is a good place but really long interview . There is a multiple steps in order to start working and Training is long as well
