I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America in Jan 2010
Interview
Smooth process, company collected resumes through campus in Dec and interviewed in 2nd week of Jan. Interviews consisted of 2 technial / behavioral rounds followed by one final behavioral round with a senior MD. Questons included:
1. Company: market cap, revenues etc.
2. Technical stuff - DCF, WACC
3. Fit questions - what do you like about the firm, why do you think you will be successful etc.
Hirevue, then superday. 3 back to back. As long as you are well prepared, you will be fine. I did not find either the hirevue that hard. Superday is a mix of technicals and behaviorals, really depends on who they get.
Standard interview process, same as with every other major bank. There were two virtual interviews, and the final interview was in-person in Charlotte. Final interview was a case interview, of average difficulty. Anyone with basic case prep could probably take a crack at it.
Unstructured. I had one where it was chill and other one was horrible. The interviewers were mds In the group. He asked me a weird technical, which I didn’t know the answer to.
