      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2008

      Interview

After applying, I had to do a phone interview with the recruiter. The next step was a group interview with the recruiter and an individual interview with the recruiter. After that, there was an interview with the assistant manager/teller operations specialist at the branch I applied to. If they see a good match, then they will give you the job. After you're hired, there is a training period, I think it was 2 weeks.

      Interview

The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
