I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2010
Interview
Initial communications was very friendly - reached out directly by the hiring manager / team instead of just the HR individual (no slam against HR, but it was great to talk directly with the hiring people).
3 rounds of interviews, - first two were peer interviews (all by teleconference) with two people and final interview was with the direct hiring manager.
Team was great - very enthusastic about their work. And very friendly - made the interview process a delight.

The salary range didn’t highlight much for senior manager role, hiring manager do not highlight further on the deepest salary issue, end up only let HR to handle. Overall just let HR to handle.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Hongkong) in Feb 2025
Interview
Streamline process, 3 rounds with different members of the team. Final round was a superday in the office. Team dresses very casual, I found that surprising. Be ready for some mental math questions. Did not receive role but felt it was very professional.
