What was your biggest mistake and how did you handle it?
Fairly straightforward and organized. I spoke with the recruiter first and then moved to the next round with an interview with the hiring manager. Everyone was professional and as expected

I had one virtual interview with camera off. I felt like that was pretty strange. After a few weeks received an offer, I should have immediately thought red flag. I accepted the offer and as soon as I started I realized I made a mistake.
