applied online which went straight to a 40 min personality test. I got a call from a HR about a week later to schedule a phone interview, I did a phone interview on a Tuesday, I was called back the same Friday fo schedule an interview with a bank manager.I interviewed The next Wednesday with the band and regional manager. I am waiting to hear from HR still, Its only been 23 hrs since my interview but I will keep you posted
Very upfront with open ended questions. Had to do a mock phone call in front of the hiring manager and another representative. It was a little intimidating but I survived.

Long, it was a nice process but asked a variety of questions. some of the questions pertained to other times working with clients but other questions were more personality driven
