Interview
The initial contact was with a telephone call and email from the recruiter inviting me to a group interview. While at the group interview, we had a telephone conference with the recruiter. Once I made it through to the next round, the recruiter set me up with an interview at my branch with the branch manager. After the interview I heard from the recruiter 5 days later that I would be offered the position with the company.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
