Interview
I applied online and get contacted immediately. I had a phone interview a few days later that lasted about 45 minutes. I was asked all sorts of questions about my experience, leadership skills, problem solving approach, etc. The next process was the skill and personality test. I was told that 24hrs after I took the tests I would be contacted with results. I was contacted 3 days later and told that I passed. The nect step was interview with the hiring manager. The questions she asked me were almost the same as the phone interview. Make sure you are ready for your success examples from your previous job. Be ready for roleplay.

First one is the technical round with questions from projects, SQL and sas
Second round is with manager. Revolves around your project and domain knowledge.
Third round is with US manager

The interviewer was very considerate and kept encouraging me. The questions were difficult but I got to learn a lot after the interview. The questions were related the job profile i was interviewing for.
