Interview
I interviewed with Bank of America in 2008. The process began with a recruiter, followed by a phone interview with one person. Then I was flown into the office location and interviewed with three people of varying professional levels. The first two were assistant vice presidents and the second a senior vice president. Finally I met with an executive vice president. Overall the process was fairly easy. The questions were experience based, no behavioral whatsoever.
