The interview process involved during my interview was pretty straight forward. A review of my past experience and how it would translate to success at Bank of America. There were a few random questions that you had to pause for. But it wasn't anything super challenging. The branch i was going to join seemed very nice and very positive. They seem happy to work for Bank of America and would make great colleagues.

What are your expectations for the position from Bank of America?
Very upfront with open ended questions. Had to do a mock phone call in front of the hiring manager and another representative. It was a little intimidating but I survived.

They asked me specific questions about my sales goals and what are my specific methodologies.
Long, it was a nice process but asked a variety of questions. some of the questions pertained to other times working with clients but other questions were more personality driven
