HR rep called me after reviewing my resume from their database. Interview was the next Tuesday. Met with the hiring manager and two peer managers. Hiring manager was great but peer managers asked very little and had negative attitudes. It took about two hours but the last manager only stayed about 5 minutes because he said he had a conflict. I followed up after a few days with the HR rep who said she was just waiting for the word from the team as I was the strongest candidate. I heard nothing and finally followed up with her in three weeks. The job was already filled.
