I was surprised that I even got the interview since I applied online. I have heard that most new advisors are recruited because of who they know. Before interviewing, I had to pass a two hour math and economics exam given at the office. Once I passed that, I had to take a personality test. I had the one on one interview with the Resident Director at the office. He basically wanted to know how many wealthy people I knew and how much sales experience I had.

Sales questions. Cookie cutter interview questions. They just ask you about yourself to see if youre a good fit. Also if you will be able to handle sales pressures. overall easy

the interview was striaght forward and asked all the mostly behavior quetsions and there was not much of finance quetsion and it was easy and smooth, conversational. However banking application process is long and could take few weeks to get answer back witch make the wait time like forever
