Interview
Last Friday I applied online. Tuesday, I received a call, just to verify that I was who I said I was, and they scheduled a phone interview for Wednesday. Wednesday came, they asked me about a time I went above and beyond customer service, and some other behavioral analysis questions. She then scheduled me for a 1:1 interview for Thursday. I went there, did a role play exercise, and was offered the job this Friday.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
