Applied online on a Friday, received an assessment test on Monday, received a call from the recruiter on Tuesday, it went to voicemail and she did not leave a return number to call back, all she said was she was calling to talk more about the position and that was it, she talked fast and with her accent I barley understood her. The caller ID read as private number, she called back later that day and asked some questions, she was very nice , asked me why I left my last company and then she went to tell me the range of the pay for the position and if that was ok, I told her it was within the range that was acceptable . She then set me up with a phone interview for Thursday at 2pm with the branch recruiter. Spoke to the recruiter, went over my background, she asked several questions regarding, how would I handle a customer who is not happy with their service. Have I had the opportunity to go beyond my normal duties and what did I do. Tell me a time that I when…. She was very nice, we spoke about 1 hour, asked me if I had any other jobs that wasn’t listed because when they do the background check they pull up by social security and if there were any other jobs then it will show up. Asked me if I could make the face to face interview, it was going to be a group interview and a panel and told her yes. She said that she would be sending me the information to attend the interview for the 14th of February, still waiting for that………. Received the e-mail for the Interview on the 9th for the 14th at 1pm and today I sent her an e-mail to cancel the interview, in between all this time I had already interviewed with another company and I have my final interview on Monday 2 hours before this interview with BOA and this company pays better and it’s not in banking. ? ya just have to go where the money and opportunities are.
