I had applied through my University's career center. The first round was an HR round. The guy was really friendly. He was a techie and was asking questions out of question sheet. General HR questions: What is your strenght? One instance when you have led a team and what was the outcome? One project when you achieved more than the expectations of your boss or your teacher? ( I dont remember any more questions but all of them were behavioral) 2nd round: I got a call in the evening of the first day that I had been selected for the second round of interview and was told that it would be a technical interview. The interview was actually a mix of HR and technical. There were two people on the panel and both of them had been with BOA for more than 10 years. They asked me in detail about everything I had written on my resume. They went into the technical aspects of some of the projects that I had done. There were some basic HR questions thrown in between. I had mentioned on my CV that I knew SQL and C++. They asked me a few basic questions about databases like different types of keys, joins, a few questions on RDBMS. C++: A few questions on concepts of OOP, virtual functions etc. PS: I am a graduate student in Industrial Engineering so they interviewed me mainly for a business analyst's role. So probably the technical questions they asked me were a lot different from what they would have asked from Comp Sc graduates.
