Interview
The initial interview was on campus, during a one on one interview with one of the financial advisors from the office. After the initial received a call couple days after to go in to the office and interview with other financial advisors. Asked a lot of background and personality questions, not too much intellectual or analytical.

2 30-minute interviews with 2 different interviewers. Both interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to and neither one asked any sort of technical question. Everything was behavioral.

I got in contact with a financial adviser at Merrill Lynch. After sitting down and chatting once for half an hour, she offered me a position in her office.
