I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bank of America in Mar 2010
Interview
The process was quick for a large company. I had phone and 1:1 interviews with a senior VP, my direct manager and a peer. I would have asked to talk to other members of the team that I would be working with in order to make a fully informed decision. The people are good and the work culture is like any other investment bank. Only item worth mentioning is that the employees see themselves through the BofA or ML prisms. This can be seen through their work attitudes.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was a one and done and was conversational and pretty casual. The interviewer asked a few behavioural questions and created a very realistic picture of what the organization looks like and challenges inherent to the organization. Not high pressure at all
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
I had several interviews starting with the hiring manager, progressing with several supervisors, and ending with the senior manager of the business group. Most of the interviews focused on my previous projects, my responsibilities, and my achievements. Some of the interviews also focused on my technical skills including technical questions and some cases to provide my assessments and/or solutions.

Hiring process was quick. It seems like everyone hired is through employee referral or a contractor. Met with manager, three days later had offer working for that manager.
