The interview process consisted of two parts: a pre-recorded interview answering technical and behavioral questions on HireVue and a two final interviews with managers of the program. Following the final interviews I received my offer the following week.

Interview
HireVue interview, mostly behavioral that focused on motivations for the role and examples of times you performed the required activities. Questions were in both Japanese and English. Each question had three minutes to respond, which seemed excessive.

Very good!! I dont like HireVue tho. They gave many details before second round that prepared you very well as to what they were looking for in their candidates. everything was through their portal and centralized as well which was nice.
