The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bank of America (Charleston, IL) in May 2011
Interview
First, was the phone interview. I was asked questions like detail a time when I delivered high levels of customer service, what does a teller do, and why I left my former jobs. She also asked where I saw myself within five years and how much undergraduate and graduate education fit into BoA. I was immediately scheduled for a in person interview at my local branch.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Wheaton, MD)
Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
