2-3 hrs, first group introductions,
Then we are set up with group/ panel interviewers so 2-3 managers. For my experience the two female managers were very dry, I tried to have conversation build rapport. But the approach seemed short in conversation they did not want to engage. they stuck to the forms they had which they filled in the answers as I responded to their interview questions. Which made me uncomfortable and thous nervous.

1 Phone interview, moved on to an in-person. Felt I did well and completed a role play scenario. No offer due to being honest about a termination with a prior employer from over a year ago.

Star method questions and answers definitely put values of the company. Make sure you have a strong introduction. Please put your strength in your weaknesses. Be very pacific with star method questions.
